What this is
Every anime wiki tells you who a character is. None of them tell you whether anyone edits them. That is the question an editor actually has before spending six hours on a project, and it is the one we answer.
The character ranking orders 1,458 characters on measured demand: how many edits of them exist, how many views those edits carry, and how that has moved. Each character page carries the ranking, the traits and the clips currently performing.
Where the ranking comes from
It is measured, not voted on and not our opinion. We count published edits and their reach across platforms, and the board is rebuilt as those numbers move. A character who was untouchable last year and is not being cut now will fall, and the board will say so.
We publish the score, the tier and the rank on every character page so the reasoning is visible. Where a character is ranked far above their general fame, we say that too.
What we do not do
We do not host anime footage. What we store is metadata: names, rankings, tags, and links out to edits and images that live on the platforms their creators published them to. Thumbnails are served by those platforms, not by us.
The marketplace is for editing materials that sellers made themselves, listed against edits they made and published. Sellers confirm they hold the rights. Our copyright and takedown policy covers how to report anything you believe should not be here, and we act on valid notices quickly.
Who runs it
NinjaClips is built and run from the United Kingdom by one person. There is no team behind the email address. If you write to support, the reply comes from the person who wrote the code.
It currently serves 11,533+ registered users, with 29 marketplace listings live. It is early, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
